The Hamptons
July 25th, 2008
One of the most impressive luxury houses in the nation are found in New York City, expressly “The Hamptons”. A lot of people seek to take their luck and retire extravagantly in this peaceful coastal town. For one native family, who had lived on both coasts and newly found themselves in Utah, a Hampton style home is what they wished for.
It is a remarkably luxury house. The windows are generously large in size and the wall colors reflect a very warm cheery feeling. Just walking inside this home will cheer up your day. The materials seem to be inspired by the Hollywood Glamor scene with polished mirror finishes, but it is not over stated. Many of the cabinets are either white or a yellow color thus adding to the open feeling of the home.
Draw attention to one more amusing feature of the home - the room sizes. It seems that every room has a nice high ceiling and a cozy amount of open space. Remarkably, even the basement has ten foot ceilings! The movie theater feels grand and what's more, there is a large half court basketball court under the garage. All of the bedrooms are spacious and it seems as though they were planned to catch the views of all the mountain peaks.
Almost certainly, the most wonderful part is that there is so much to present in this home. The master suite is stunning and very luxurious. The movie theater's video & sound is of the highest ultimate quality. The exercise room has two ceiling fans that each have two fans on them to help spread the air and establish absolute comfort. The windows in the exercise room are looking back into the home sight to allow natural light from the backyard. The mother-in-law apartment is extremely marvelous. A full kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths and its own entrance make this apartment a wonderful place for family members to come and stay a while (or not a while). Every room in the house has a stunning view of either mountains tops or of open fields.
The backyard is astonishing bonus to this wonderful house. As you walk out of the kitchen into the backyard, you walk under the deck to the guest apartment. This covered area seats a dining table and a guest seating arrangement alongside an outdoor fireplace. All of this overlooks the gorgeous pool and spacious acre of property. The kids can run wild here, play in a sand box, jump on a trampoline or slide down the custom water slide into the pool.
To conclude, it is certainly an attractive, amazing house and a stunning property. At present, the home is for sale for $3.9 million furnished and you can be one of the lucky owner!
