The Hamptons

One of the most impressive luxury houses in the nation are found in New York City, expressly “The Hamptons”. A lot of people seek to take their luck and retire extravagantly in this peaceful coastal town. For one native family, who had lived on both coasts and newly found themselves in Utah, a Hampton style home is what they wished for.

It is a remarkably luxury house. The windows are generously large in size and the wall colors reflect a very warm cheery feeling. Just walking inside this home will cheer up your day. The materials seem to be inspired by the Hollywood Glamor scene with polished mirror finishes, but it is not over stated. Many of the cabinets are either white or a yellow color thus adding to the open feeling of the home.

Draw attention to one more amusing feature of the home - the room sizes. It seems that every room has a nice high ceiling and a cozy amount of open space. Remarkably, even the basement has ten foot ceilings! The movie theater feels grand and what's more, there is a large half court basketball court under the garage. All of the bedrooms are spacious and it seems as though they were planned to catch the views of all the mountain peaks.

Almost certainly, the most wonderful part is that there is so much to present in this home. The master suite is stunning and very luxurious. The movie theater's video & sound is of the highest ultimate quality. The exercise room has two ceiling fans that each have two fans on them to help spread the air and establish absolute comfort. The windows in the exercise room are looking back into the home sight to allow natural light from the backyard. The mother-in-law apartment is extremely marvelous. A full kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths and its own entrance make this apartment a wonderful place for family members to come and stay a while (or not a while). Every room in the house has a stunning view of either mountains tops or of open fields.

The backyard is astonishing bonus to this wonderful house. As you walk out of the kitchen into the backyard, you walk under the deck to the guest apartment. This covered area seats a dining table and a guest seating arrangement alongside an outdoor fireplace. All of this overlooks the gorgeous pool and spacious acre of property. The kids can run wild here, play in a sand box, jump on a trampoline or slide down the custom water slide into the pool.

To conclude, it is certainly an attractive, amazing house and a stunning property. At present, the home is for sale for $3.9 million furnished and you can be one of the lucky owner!

1829 Elevado Road, Vista, California

Have you ever seen such a wonderful luxury estate? It's located in the beautiful hills of Vista, California. And its current and original owners are a spirited and beautiful international opera singer and her dashing husband, a retired professor of art. With loving attention to detail, it seems nothing was missed in the completion of this luxurious 2003 custom home.

On the first viewing , you would struck by the use of old and rich colors, antique woods, the graceful wood and iron staircase, and light classical music that filled the rooms.

The gated hilltop setting offers both ocean and mountain views–as well as quiet privacy. The home’s flexible 4000+ sf floorplan has volume ceilings that carry classical music well, a grand foyer, large living and music rooms, multiple dining areas, and a kitchen Alice Waters might envy.

Upstairs, we discover a substantial master suite with an adjoining study, large dressing room and bath, spa tub, and large, organized closets. A romantic trellised balcony overlooks both the mountains and ocean horizon, while the two-way fireplace warms both the bedroom and bath areas. Three other large bedrooms and an open bridge complete the upstairs.

The bones of a home may be magnificent, but inspiring beauty comes from surfaces, windows, doors, lighting, amenities, color and textures.

This home lacks nothing and blends all elements well. It has rich Tuscan colors, art niches and unfluted columns. It beautifully blends the use of stone, iron and woods, and offers contemporary conveniences such as central vacuum and a discreet kitchen vent that captures broom sweepings.

Outdoors is a large covered patio, lawn, gardens and small acreage for hobbies, horses or arborists.

Located on highly-desired Elevado Street in Vista, this estate is reasonably offered at $1.5 million by owners who are anxious to retire in Crete.

The wonderful houses

In this article we will talk about the most beautiful houses in the USA. Nowadays, most beautiful means the most expensive and automatically it gives popularity, pathos and glamour to its owner.

This year, the country's 3 priciest properties include William Randolph Hearst's $165 million Beverly Hills, Calif. mansion; a $135 million Aspen, Colo. Hala ranch; and a $125 million Versailles - inspired estate in Beverly Hills, Calif.

First place with $165 million. Hearst Estate in Beverly Hills, Calif. Once the home of newspaper mogul William Randolph Hearst, this 6.5-acre mega-mansion in Beverly Hills was built in 1926 and was featured in the film The Godfather. The compound comprises six buildings that have a total of 29 bedrooms. There are three swimming pools and a movie theater.

Second places - $135 million. Hala Ranch in Aspen, Colo. Owned by Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, former Saudi Arabian ambassador to the U.S., this 95-acre estate boasts a 56,000-square-foot, 15-bedroom, 16-bathroom mansion. Several smaller buildings, including stables, a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool, complete the property.

And the third place with $125 million. Fleur de Lys, Beverly Hills, Calif. The latest addition to the $100 million-plus club, Suzanne Saperstein's gem is aptly called the Fleur de Lys. Modeled after Louis XIV's palace at Versailles, the 45,000-square-foot home took five years to build following Saperstein's accumulation of the five acres in Beverly Hills during the 1990s. Should strolling the grounds bore you, there is a 50-seat screening room and a library filled with first edition books to entertain. Auto collectors will salivate over the nine-car garage.

Also the most wonderful houses which can leave an unforgettable impression to us are:

$125 million. Maison de L'Amitie in Palm Beach, Fla. In 2004 Donald Trump bought former health care executive Abe Gosman's palace, Maison de L'Amitie, center, at a bankruptcy auction for $41.25 million. The refurbished version comes complete with a ballroom, conservatory, 100-foot-long ballroom and 475 feet of oceanfront.

$100 million. Tranquility in Lake Tahoe, Nev. Perhaps the largest property in the area and one of the most private. Conveniently located on the tax-free Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, this 210-acre property is owned by Joel Horowitz, co-founder of Tommy Hilfiger. The 20,000-square-foot main house is modeled after a northern European mountain home and has a 3,500-bottle wine cellar. An indoor swimming pool and atrium, as well as a 19-seat movie theater, ensure constant entertainment, even if you're snowed in.

$75 million. Three Ponds in Bridgehampton , N.Y. Three Ponds, which encompasses more than 60 acres of Hamptons farmland, is named for its surrounding lakes but also features its own USGA-rated Rees Jones golf course. Surrounding the main house are 14 gardens, a 75-foot-long swimming pool, golf pro shop, grass tennis court and a guest house. The main house, designed by architect Allan Greenberg, has a great room with a 28-foot-high domed ceiling.

$75 million. The Portabello Estate, Corona del Mar, Calif. The triple oceanfront lot along the Pacific Ocean in Southern California is only part of what makes the Portabello Estate so pricey. The unique design resembles a nautilus shell, with a dramatic grotto surrounded by "chambers." Built in 2002, the home has eight bedrooms and 10 full baths in nearly 30,000 square feet of ultramodern space.

$75 million. Malibu, Calif. It seems a steep price for a beach house, until you see the land accompanying it. In addition to the panoramic ocean views, the flat seven-acre plot, which sits on its own bluff, offers two riding stables, a riding ring, swimming pool, tennis court and private access to the beach. The seven-bedroom estate is listed with Westside Estate Agency.

$70 million. The Pierre Penthouse in New York , N.Y. This chateau in the sky occupies the top three floors of one of the most posh hotels in New York, located on the edge of Central Park. The Pierre's original ballroom was the site of many an elegant event. Now, it's a spectacular grand salon with a 23-foot-high ceiling. The balconies and windows have 360-degree views of Manhattan, Central Park, the East River and the Hudson River.

$65 million. Belvedere, Calif. The vistas alone may be worth the $65 million price tag on this palace. Indeed, the six-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot home offers breathtaking views of San Francisco, Angel Island, the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay. Among its other spectacular features are herringbone floors, marble baths and front gates designed by Hearst Castle architect Julia Morgan.

$65 million. San Francisco, Calif. This French limestone - clad Gold Coast palace is certainly exclusive - you won't even get a go-see without having $800 million in the bank. The dramatic neoclassical villa was sold two years ago for $32 million; neighbors on "billionaires' row" include the Getty family. The limestone on the mansion comes from a single quarry in France. The windows are also European, as is the 19th centuary Italian tile roof on the guest house.
